- Use of others' intellectual property without written permission or fair use protection. It is the creator's responsibility to ensure all content is used rightfully.
- Pornography, nudity, or offering sexual services. Pornography is defined as "real people engaging in real sexual acts on camera."
- Inappropriate NSFW images being used for profile pictures, posts, and cover photos. This includes any sexual or explicit pictures.
- Illegal content such as drug use, rape, bestiality, necrophilia, or sexual activity with minors. Laws regarding illegality vary between states and countries, and it is your responsibility to know your local regulations. Meta Elements Inc. abides by the laws of California, USA.
- Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, including suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
- Race play, including the fetishization of race, use of racial slurs, degradation based on race, or racial stereotypes. This does not apply to fantasy races.
- Misogynistic, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory content.
- Content promoting or inciting illegal activities, violence, or terrorism.
- Cyberbullying.
- Lobbyists, political action committees, or political campaigns.
- Leaking real personal information such as telephone numbers, street addresses, or email addresses.
Reporting
To maintain our safe community, it's important to report any content that violates our guidelines. If you encounter questionable material in audio, comments, reviews, or elsewhere, please use our report button or email us. We review all reports in context to ensure fairness and understanding.
MagicWave strives to be a safe space for exploration and expression. We ask all users and creators to treat each other with respect. Recognizing that content creation is nuanced, so we don’t review your work with a rigid set of rules. We welcome discussions on how your creative work can align with our guidelines. However, content that breaches our rules will be removed, and we will guide creators to help them understand and comply with our rules.
Actions taken for violating content may include removal or taking down. We are committed to making these decisions fairly and ensuring an open line of communication between creators and the MagicWave team.
